As many of us know, Athiya Shetty is the daughter of Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty. Shetty was born on 5 November 1992 in Mumbai to actor Suneil Shetty and director Mana Shetty. Her father belongs to the Bant community, her mother is of Punjabi Hindu and Gujarati Muslim descent. She has a younger brother, named Ahan Shetty. Sunil Shetty is a leading actor in Bollywood. And he is a villain in various films. After her debut, she took a break from acting and was chosen as the brand ambassador of the Indian franchise of Maybelline. She has graced the covers of various magazines, such as Composition, Verve, Harper’s Bazaar and many more.

In 2017, she starred in Anees Bazmir’s Mubarakan opposite Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz. The movie was a box office success and grossed Rs 93.59 crore.
