Vidyut Jammwal has recently come in tremendous headlines regarding his personal life because the Bollywood actor and his fiancee Nandita Mahtani have called off their engagement. Both had got engaged years ago in a special way. The engagement of both was in the limelight and the couple was seen deeply in love with each other. However, the news of these breakups could not be confirmed.

At the same time, sources have mentioned that both of the exes were recently seen at the Haldi ceremony of Diane Pandey’s daughter Alana, but during this both were not seen together, but the distance between the two was clearly visible because of their personal breakup. 

According to media reports, this breakup of both has happened with mutual consent and both have ended the relationship with great respect. Both still remain friends with each other. 

However, neither Vidyut nor Nandita has spoken about this breakup. If these rumors are true, then only after two years of engagement in the year 2021, their relationship has ended. This news is also shocking for the fans.

Martial artist and stunt artist for Bollywood:

Vidyut Jammwal is considered one of the most popular martial arts film actors in the world. 

He is a trained martial artist, having been known as the “New Age Action Hero of Bollywood”. This is not surprising because, from the age of three, he trained as a clairvoyant at an ashram in Palakkad, Kerala, run by his mother. He trained with martial artists in various countries having traveled to more than 25 countries, where he performed in live-action shows. 

He participated as a contestant on Gladiators in the year 2000 and has been based in Mumbai ever since! 13 years later, Jammwal visited Shaolin Temple in China in 2013. His visit was intended to honor the Indian monk Bodhidharma, who is credited with teaching China Indian fighting forms and exercises, from which kung fu was later born. Jammwal is also believed to have participated in a week of martial arts training at this Shaolin Temple.

Vidyut Jammwal has even graduated with a degree in martial arts! 

Becoming the Tom Cruise (solo stuntman) of Bollywood:

Given his expertise in martial arts, he has devoted himself to stunt and action training in the world of cinema. In his movie, Commando, he played the lead role and did the stunts himself without the help of a stuntman. The trailer of the film received more than 1 million views on YouTube within a week of its launch. The film received mixed positive reviews. Noted critic Taran Adarsh ​​commented, “Commando’s success clearly lies with Vidyut who, without any body doubles or stunt cables, seamlessly fits the definition of India’s next-gen action hero. He’s also a fine actor, though his action takes precedence over the heroics here. 

Commando premiered internationally at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal in July 2013, followed by a September 2013 Fantasia Fest in Texas. He received positive feedback from international media and action directors and was hailed as India’s answer to Bruce Lee and Tony Jaa. 

Before acting, he was a model:

Vidyut Jammwal was born in a Dogra Rajput family in Jammu, Jammu, and Kashmir. He is one of three children of an Indian army officer and lived in different parts of India (due to his father’s job transfers).

Vidyut Jammwal was a model in Delhi since 1996, but after a disappointing modeling career, landed his first role in the Telugu film Shakti. Later, after an audition, he entered the world of Bollywood with Nishikant Kamat’s Hindi film Force.

Funnily enough, this model/actor became even more good looking after he gained fame. Vidyut Jammwal has been a part of several popular print and media lists, including Most Desirable, Best Body, and Sexiest Man Alive.

After gaining success, he also became an MMA coach:

Jammwal started the initiative to teach self-defense techniques to college girls and working professionals. They hosted a camp at a college festival in Mumbai in 2014.

Vidyut Jammwal’s workout and diet:

His workout strategy combines martial arts training with other elements of cardiovascular, weight and interval training. More recently, Jammwal has adopted and incorporated anti-gravity yoga and suspension TRX into his intense workouts. In terms of diet, Jammwal is vegetarian. In the 2018 PETA campaign for India’s National Nutrition Week, the actor showcased his muscular body along with the words “kick the meat habit”. Become a vegetarian. He was voted India’s Most Popular Vegetarian Celebrities 2013 by PETA, along with Kangana Ranaut.

Career:

Vidyut Jammwal (born 10 December 1980 in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir) is an Indian film actor who mainly works in Hindi films. He has also worked in the Telugu film industry and the Tamil film industry.

On the work front, Vidyut Jammwal made his Bollywood debut with John Abraham and Genelia’s film ‘Force’. In this film, the actor played a negative character in this remake of the Tamil film Kaka Kaka, the film performed moderately at the box office.

After that Vidyut Jammwal appeared in many action films and played supporting roles in the Telugu films Shakti and Oswaraveli, both opposite NTR. In 2012, Jammwal made his debut in Tamil cinema with Ajith Kumar’s film Billa II, the film was critically acclaimed for his performance.  Vidyut Jammwal worked with actor Vijay in another Tamil film, Tupaki, which turned out to be a blockbuster film. He also won a Siima Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role for this film. He also played a supporting role in another Tamil film Anjaan opposite Suriya.

An expert in action movies Vidyut Jammwal is well liked by the audience and has designed action scenes in many films and performed them himself because he is 100% considered an expert in martial arts. Talking about Vidyut Jammwal’s workfront, he acted in the sequel of his film Khuda Hafiz Chapter 2: Agnipariksha. Apart from this, also worked in Vipul Amrutlal’s film Sanak.

After the success of Commando, he played a sharpshooter police officer in Tagmanshu Dhalia’s Bullet Raja. Known for his witty and edgy film style, Tagmanshu cast him once again for his next film Yara, a remake of the French film Les Lyonnais. Yaara was one of three films that Vidyut signed on for – the other two being large-format films by director Ram Madhvani, which would be made in the same vein as the Hollywood flick 300. In 2014, he appeared as Chandru in the Tamil film Anjaan, directed by N. Langaswamy, opposite actor Suriya. Vidyut Jammwal and his team of stuntmen designed the choreography and action for all these films themselves.
