1. Amal Clooney was born in Lebanon: 

Amal Clooney who was born Amal Alamuddin is a Lebanese-British lawyer born February 3, 1978, in Beirut. 

As a little girl, she spent a few years in Beirut before fleeing war-torn Lebanon in the early 1980s. 

Amal’s father, Ramzi Alamuddin, is a businessman who was a professor of business science at the American University of Beirut. As for her mother, Bariaa Miknass, she is a political journalist (who might have influenced Amal Clooney’s future career). She has two brothers, Samer and Ziad, as well as a sister, Tala, all three from their father’s first marriage.

Thanks to her parents’ professional status, the family was able to find work and move to England – specifically a place called Gerrards Cross, a very posh town located in the London urban belt.

The brilliant lawyer has defended more celebrities like the former President of the Maldives Mohamed Nadneed, whom she met in prison despite threats. Indeed, one of his colleagues had received a stab in the head just before going to meet the Head of State. “The situation was quite complicated but I was determined to go there,” stated Amal Clooney during one interview. 

Amal Clooney also sued Daesh to defend Nadia Murad, an Iraqi activist from the Yazidi community who was tortured by the Islamic State 

She also fought for the recognition of the Armenian genocide. “I am ashamed to see that States are failing in their task of preventing and punishing genocides, to protect their own interests,” she said during Nadia Murad’s defense.

2014:

On September 27, 2014, she became Amal Clooney by marrying the famous American actor George Clooney and they lived in England, where they own a home valued at 13 million euros.

2017:

In 2017, Amal and George Clooney became parents of twins forcing the international lawyer and the Hollywood actor to rest a little and limit their very many trips. The pair decided to settle for a moment in England, in their house in Sonning, located in the county of Berkshire – where Pippa Middleton was also married. An idyllic setting, since the house is estimated at 8.5 million euros and has a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a private cinema room. Amal Clooney will be able to telecommute with complete peace of mind. “Her hours will be very different,” a source tells E! News. Amal will be spending a lot of time working from home. She has a great office in their Sonning home. ” The lawyer intends to take six months of maternity leave before getting back to her files. 

At that time, she was 39 years old and Amal Clooney chose against hiring a full-time nanny to care for their twins, unlike many famous parents. This mini-house will always have the same style as their primary residence in California. It will consist of two floors, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A zip line and a life-size giraffe will decorate the future building. 

Still, while it’s hard to do, George and Amal Clooney still want the twins to keep their feet on the ground. A source close to the couple spoke on the subject to The Sun: “It’s extravagant, but George and Amal want the best. They also want children to be grateful and not take anything for granted.

Taking advantage of their new work, the parents are also thinking of renovating their mansion by adding a bar. The latter should be surrounded by a swimming pool, a dance floor and a space to accommodate staff.

Despite their madness for grandeur, George and Amal Clooney have donated a million dollars to several organizations fighting against the Coronavirus.

She posted a very BBF type photo on Instagram holding two small bodysuits in her hands: on the left one is written “Casa” in pink and on the right one is written “Migos” in blue. “Hey Rande Gerber [Crawford’s husband] , I think I have the perfect gift for the Cloones,” the 51-year-old star laughed. 

Casamigos is the name of the tequila produced by Rande Gerber. But George Clooney has already warned his friends, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “My wife says we can’t call our kids Casa and Amigos. It’s the only thing I can’t do,” he joked. 

Contrary to what one might think, and what many articles indicate, the sex of the future Clooney children has already been mentioned many times in the press.
