Talking about controversies, in the year 2016, rumors of Laksh’s rift with TV actress Mahima Makwana surfaced on the internet. There were also rumors of Mahima slapping him during a Holi party. Clarifying the rumors, Laksh said- “Basically during a Holi shoot, routine things happened and got blown out of proportion. I had come for media interaction at that time. While applying, she became very agitated and aggressive, but I did not react as it was unintentional from her side. Then while giving another interview, when I applied color on her face, she slapped my face hard Due to which my sunglasses fell down. The colors went into my eyes. I got up and left as I was not in a position to give the interview. After 20 minutes I came back and finished the interview from where we had left, he further said.
After this incident, when people were calling the Mumbai born actor good and bad, Laksh had said in his clarification that Mahima had not slapped him. All this happened unknowingly and there is absolutely no truth in this. There was no comment on this news from Mahima.
